Another Day In The Studio

Last week I was thrilled to be shooting at Ari Studio once again for our studio dance photoshoots. This is the second time we have offered these indoor photoshoots in a studio setting. We had 4 beautiful young dancers join us and showcase their amazing talents. This was such an enjoyable experience and we hope to be offering more of these shoots in the future.

Let’s meet the dancers:

IMOGEN HARVEY
Dancing every style of dance, Imogen has been dancing since she was just 3 years old. She loves how she can express herself on the stage. When it comes to photoshoots Imogen is in her element. She loves coming up with new shapes and creating new combos. Imogen and I have worked together many times and I am always so impressed at what she manages to pull off!

TAHLIA ROSE
8 year old Tahlia loves dancing as a way to express herself and make new friends. She has been dancing since she was just 2 years old and does jazz, ballet, acro, hiphop, lyrical, musical theatre and contemporary. In her free time she loves to set up dance competitions with her dolls or have dance offs with her friends at school during lunch break.

MIKA FOX
Firecracker dancer and cheerleader, Mika Fox has been dancing competitively for 2 years now in both a jazz/contemporary troupe and a jazz duo. Mika loves performing and loves all styles of dance, particularly lyrical and KPop. Her favorite thing in the world is to fly (cheerleading) which is funny because she's actually scared of heights! Her closest friends call her Mikachu which is very cute!

KATIE BARROW
For Katie it’s all about the feeling when she’s dancing. Whether it be a sassy jazz or a sad lyrical dance, it’s her vibe. Being able to express emotion through dance is why she loves it. When Katie isn’t dancing she’s doing the odd acting/modelling gig here or there. Her most memorable experience was being on the set of M3GAN as a stand in for M3GAN and Cady. She says it wasn’t scary at all!
